Toaes is a nonprofit organization committed to providing support and resources to foster parents in the U.S. Founded in 2017 by Stella Ighodaro, a former social worker for the state of Kentucky, our mission is to create a safe and nurturing environment for foster children in our communities and empower foster parents with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.
We also offer a versatile space for community events and gatherings called, Stelly Rental Hall Services. Join us in making a difference in the lives of children and families in need.
About Stelly Rental Hall Services
Our rental hall is located in Louisville, Kentucky, easily accessible from all parts of town. With a seating capacity of up to 200 guests, our hall provides ample space to accommodate both small and large gatherings. Our rental packages include customizable seating arrangements, and on-site event coordination to ensure your event runs smoothly. Whether you need a space for a reception or community event, our rental hall offers a versatile and elegant setting for any occasion.
